Giveaway Period & Daily Drawings

The Giveaway will take place during Boba Tavern’s Grand Opening celebration on:

Friday, September 18, 2026 — 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, September 19, 2026 — 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Sunday, September 20, 2026 — 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

All times are Pacific Time.

Each day constitutes a separate daily drawing period. Entries must be received before the close of that day’s entry period to be eligible for that day’s drawing.

Entries do not carry over from one day to another.

Eligibility & How to Enter

The Giveaway is open to individuals who visit Boba Tavern during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. If a selected winner is under 18, Boba Tavern may require the prize to be claimed by, or with the consent of, the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

For children under 13, a parent or legal guardian should submit the entry on the child’s behalf using the parent or guardian’s contact information.

Void where prohibited by law.

To enter, visit Boba Tavern during one of the daily Giveaway periods, complete a Grand Opening Giveaway Entry Card, and place the completed card in the designated Giveaway entry box.

The entry card will request the entrant’s name and a phone number or email address so Boba Tavern can contact potential winners.

Limit one free entry per person, per day.

An individual who enters Friday may return and enter again Saturday and/or Sunday.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Purchasing a drink or participating in another Grand Opening promotion will not provide additional Giveaway entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Duplicate entries submitted by the same individual during the same daily drawing period may be disqualified.

Grand Opening D20 Promotion

Boba Tavern may separately offer a Grand Opening D20 promotion during the Grand Opening celebration.

The D20 promotion is separate from this Giveaway.

Qualifying drink purchases may receive an opportunity to roll a D20 for a promotional reward according to the terms displayed in-store.

Purchasing a drink, rolling the D20, or receiving a D20 promotional reward does not provide additional Giveaway entries or increase a participant’s odds of winning the Giveaway.

Participation in the D20 promotion is not required to enter the Giveaway.

Prizes

Boba Tavern will award 10 prizes each day, for a total of 30 prizes during the three-day Giveaway.

One (1) $30 Boba Tavern Gift Card
One (1) Boba Tavern Tote Bag (valued at $25)
One (1) Boba Tavern Reusable Cup (valued at $19)
Two (2) Boba Tavern Reusable Straw Set (valued at $9)
Five (5) Free Drink Voucher (up to $7)

A Free Drink Voucher may be redeemed for one eligible Boba Tavern drink with a retail value of up to $7. If the selected drink, additions, or upgrades cause the price to exceed $7, the winner is responsible for the difference unless otherwise stated by Boba Tavern.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.Boba Tavern may substitute an unavailable merchandise prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

Daily Winner Selection & Notification

At the conclusion of each daily entry period, Boba Tavern will randomly select 10 potential winners from all eligible entries received that day.

Friday’s drawing will occur after entries close at 8:00 PM on September 18.

Saturday’s drawing will occur after entries close at 8:00 PM on September 19.

Sunday’s drawing will occur after entries close at 6:00 PM on September 20.

Each individual may win a maximum of one Giveaway prize during each daily drawing but may be eligible to win again on a subsequent day's drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable daily drawing period.

Potential winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on their entry card.

Potential winners will have 72 hours from the initial notification to respond.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, provided inaccurate contact information, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and Boba Tavern may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that daily drawing.

Prizes must be picked up in person at Boba Tavern during normal business hours.

Boba Tavern may request reasonable identification to verify the identity of a winner.

If a winner is a minor, Boba Tavern may require a parent or legal guardian to accompany the winner or claim the prize on the minor’s behalf.

Unless otherwise arranged, prizes should be claimed within 30 days of winner notification.

Contact Information & PRivacy

Boba Tavern will collect only the information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, identify and contact potential winners, verify eligibility when necessary, and award prizes.

Contact information submitted on Giveaway entry cards will not be used for marketing or promotional communications.

An entrant’s phone number and/or email address will be used only for purposes reasonably related to administering the Giveaway, including contacting the entrant if they are selected as a potential winner.

After the Giveaway and prize-claim process have concluded, Boba Tavern intends to securely dispose of entry cards and their personal contact information except to the extent information must reasonably be retained for recordkeeping or legal purposes.

Publicity & Social Media

Boba Tavern may ask winners for permission to announce their win in-store or on Boba Tavern’s social-media accounts.

Boba Tavern may, for example, request permission to identify a winner by first name and last initial.

Participation in photographs, social-media posts, or other publicity is not required to enter or win and will occur only with appropriate permission.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

Boba Tavern reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably determines are fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
